Here is a link to a tutorial! ⬅️This will come when I make the video…
Study Schedule | Concepts to Cover | First Aid Schedule | Practice Test Schedule | Test Info | Additional Resources
Along the left side of the dashboard, you will find countdown timers, a goal board, and a full dedicated checklist - feel free to personalize them!
Along the right side, I have embedded a simple Pomodoro timer to help you stay focused on your studies. I have also linked many resources that you might find helpful along the way.
- This table is the main work-horse of the template and will be where most of the magic happens.
- Every resource you can imagine is included in this template, all sources are labeled with associated First Aid chapters, although not all of them may be up-to-date with latest card counts, watch times, etc.
- This table can be viewed by calendar, to-do list, or by study resource.
- Decide which resources you want to cover during your studies
- In my case, I am using pathoma, sketchy micro, and I’m dabbling with sketchy pharm
- Drag the views for those resources toward the top (there are 20 views of this table so it is nice when yours are easy to find)
- Set due dates for the items in your resource
- Use a schedule you make yourself or use a resource like your education office or CramFighter. Only schedule 3-4 days in advance. Things will change.
- Setting due dates will allow these items to populate the calendar and to-do list views for this table which can be viewed in the main template dashboard.
- Checking the “watched” and “cards done” boxes will remove this item from your to-do list
- I typically watch a video one day and do the corresponding cards the next morning, so the items don’t leave my to-do list until the next morning.
- This is where I highlight concepts that I need to review from my question blocks in UWorld.
- If I get a question wrong, I determine why, assess whether I need to revisit the topic, and then unsuspend/make anki cards, and add the concept to the table if I need to do a deeper dive.
- This table directs my studying in the afternoons when I am done with question blocks and school content
